7 Night price for Villa

ADD €100 one off cleaning fee

Off Season / longer or shorter rental periods by request. Please email us:

Usual minimum stay is 5 nights

€50 surcharge per person, per night over 8 persons

€100 additional half day cleaning fee if the guest would like to add.  With notice of at least 7 days. 

€500 refundable deposit, subject to our terms and conditions. Any electricity usage over €75 spent per week will be deducted from the deposit.
